Browse our collections, select your item, choose size/colour (if applicable), and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout, provide your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order.

You’ll also find premium outerwear, activewear, lingerie, and swimwear, as well as comfortable bodysuits, cozy sleepwear, and much more—all crafted to combine quality, comfort, and confidence in every piece.

We provide a Size Chart on the site. Please refer to it carefully, compare with your measurements, and select accordingly. If in doubt, contact us for assistance.

Yes, during promotions or clearance events, we may offer discount codes. You can enter them at checkout.

All duties, taxes, and import fees are included at checkout, and your order will be shipped as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means the total price you see at checkout covers everything—there’s nothing extra to pay upon delivery. You can shop with confidence knowing all costs are transparent and fully settled before your order is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If you’re unable to complete your checkout, it means we currently don’t offer shipping to your country.

Shipping times vary based on your location, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance. Typically, domestic deliveries (within the US and other supported countries) take 3 to 5 business days, while international orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days. We offer same-day shipping from our Los Angeles, USA warehouse for orders placed before the daily cutoff time; orders received after that are shipped the next business day.

Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

Contact us immediately. We’ll work with the courier to locate your package. If confirmed lost, we will discuss replacement or refund options.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in original condition with tags, and the packaging intact.

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions.

Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility. However, if the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product—we’ll cover the return shipping cost in full.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund. It may take few more business days to appear back in your account, depending on your payment method.

Product Care & Quality

Yes, we obsess over quality, cut, and comfort so you don’t have to.

Each product listing includes care instructions (wash cold, gentle cycle, hang dry, etc.). Please follow them to maintain the longevity of your garments.

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order details. We will either replace the item or issue a refund, subject to availability and evaluation.
